Jon Larsen
Analyst

Jon Larsen joined Albion in 2007 and works with our Investment Management team.  He performs research and analysis for equity and fixed income securities. 

Prior to joining the Albion team, Jon taught investment strategies to individual investors while concurrently managing multiple investment accounts.  His passion as an investor and teacher is understanding the interlocking dynamics of the financial markets in an effort to find appropriate opportunities.  Jon has specific expertise in the use of option strategies.  Prior to his work as an instructor, Jon was a trader and supervisor for Fidelity Investments. While at Fidelity he helped in the training and oversight of the trading group and worked directly with market makers to ensure better trade executions. Jon was recognized as one of the top contributors to Fidelity as well as receiving Fidelity's top trader award in 2003. He brings over 10 years of market knowledge to the Albion Financial team.

Jon attended the University of Utah.   While attending the University he tutored children at the homeless shelter and competed in freestyle skiing for the Snowbird Freestyle Ski Team.

When not in the office Jon enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and boating.
